The Road Trip Ends

The Road Trip Ends

After a week on the road, the trip finally ends. What started out last Saturday came to a close this week. We finally arrived home in Southern California on Thursday night after spending half a day at the Gilroy Premium Outlets and the other half on the road.

The blog has been pulling in Instagram photos that I have taken automatically from my Instagram feed. But Allison and my sister (Leanna) have also been posting to their Instagram accounts as well. If you’re on Instagram, you can look up the hashtag #JALRoadtrip to see the rest of the images.

During the trip, Leanna, Allison, and I each had our cameras. By the time we met up with my parents on Monday, we had 5 travelers and 4 cameras. Needless to say there were hundreds of photos from this short trip. I’ve been slowly going through mine. I have over 600. Allison took over 800. My dad, apparently, took over 1000.

The pictures will eventually be posted and shared. But it’ll take a while to do so.

Yesterday I went to Hobby Lobby with Allison. She went through that place picking up supplies for scrapbooking. I am looking forward to seeing what she comes up with. I have no gifts in the scrapbooking department. My only contribution will probably be pictures that I took during the trip.
