Faith will be 7 weeks tomorrow. Jeff has started back on inpatient rounding. I am back at the gym. There are a lot of new adjustments within our little family. Since Jeff is back at work this week I will be doing most of the baby and household duties. I am trying make sure our family is healthy by cooking wholesome healthy foods.
I also started back at the bootcamp workouts today, boy did I get my butt kicked! This is going to be a rough week but I am determined to get conquer it. I hope to get a workout schedule down before I go back to work at the end of November. I don’t want to be too hard on myself as I just had a baby 7 weeks ago, but I also want to challenge myself. One thing is for sure I have no abdominal strength yet. My job is to show up and work hard. Also, eat healthy and drink lots of water.
So far so good. I will continue to write about the journey of motherhood and balance. I can’t guarantee all of the posts will be inspiring but I guarantee you they will be about real life.
